Segala peralatan yg kita gunakan sehari-hari merupakan hasil dari proses manufaktur atau dapat disebut machining process. Terdapat poly jenis mesin-mesin manufaktur, namun secara generik dapat dibagi sebagai dua jenis, yaitu:  konvensional  dan non-konvensional . Wire cut menggunakan sebuah kawat elektroda (electrode wire) panas yg berkecimpung menembus benda kerja. Benda kerja yg dapat diproses menggunakan wire cut berupa material konduktif karena basis kerjanya memakai listrik. Panas yang terjadi dalam dawai disebabkan Jasa Machining oleh pulsa elektrik DC yang dibangkitkan antara kawat dengan benda kerja, hal ini serupa dengan proses EDM lainnya dimana kawat sebagai kutub negative & benda kerja menjadi kutub positif sebagai akibatnya akan bisa menyebabkan loncatan bunga barah.

Di antara dawai dan benda kerja terdapat air yg ter-deionisasi yg disebut dielectric. Proses deionisasi akan menyebabkan air sebagai air murni yang berfungsi sebagai insulator dan air tap yang mengandung mineral, sehingga hal tersebut membuat kawat sebagai sangat konduktif.

Ketika sistem teraliri listrik, maka air akan ter-deionisasi. Kemudian terjadi loncatan bunga api listrik diantara dawai & benda kerja & mengikis bagian minipada benda kerja. Pulsa elektrik terjadi berulang ribuan kali per dtk. Baik buat sistem listrik DC atau AC, celah yg terjadi antara kawat & benda kerja sebanyak 0,051 hingga 0,076 mm. Karena kawat tidak menyentuh benda kerja, maka Wire Cut machining adalah proses mutilasi yang bebas akan tegangan (tertekan). Kawat elektroda yang biasa digunakan buat proses ini berupa tembaga, kuningan & zink dengan  diameter 0,025 sampai 0,357 mm.  Terkadang juga digunakan tungsten dan molybdenum menjadi dawai eletroda.

Tiga.dua R Markdown: The Definitive Guide

R Notebooks are an implementation of Literate Programming that allows for direct interaction with R while producing a reproducible document with publication-quality hasil.

Any R Markdown document can be used as a notebook, and all R Notebooks can be rendered to other R Markdown document types. A notebook can therefore be thought of as a special execution mode for R Markdown documents. The immediacy of notebook mode makes it a good choice while authoring the R Markdown document and iterating on code. When you are ready to publish the document, you can share the notebook directly, or render it to a publication format with the Knit button.Using NotebooksCreating a Notebook

Notebook chunks can be inserted quickly using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Alt + I (macOS: Cmd + Option + I), or via the Insert sajian in the editor toolbar.

Because all of a chunk’s hasil appears beneath the chunk (not alongside the statement which emitted the output, as it does in the rendered R Markdown hasil), it is often helpful to split chunks that produce multiple outputs into two or more chunks which each produce only one output. To do this, select the code to split into a new chunk (Figure tiga.5), and use the same keyboard shortcut for inserting a new code chunk (Figure 3.6).

Code in the notebook is executed with the same gestures you would use to execute code in an R Markdown document:

Use the green triangle button on the toolbar of a code chunk that has the tooltip “Run Current Chunk,” or Ctrl + Shift + Enter (macOS: Cmd + Shift + Enter) to run the current chunk.

Press Ctrl + Enter (macOS: Cmd + Enter) to run just the current statement. Running a single statement is much like running an entire chunk consisting only of that statement.

There are other ways to run a batch of chunks if you click the hidangan Run on the editor toolbar, such as Run All, Run All Chunks Above, and Run All Chunks Below.

The primary difference is that when executing chunks in an R Markdown document, all the code is sent to the console at once, but in a notebook, only one line at a time is sent. This allows execution to stop if a line raises an error.

When you execute code in a notebook, an indicator will appear in the gutter to show you execution progress (Figure tiga.7). Lines of code that have been sent to R are marked with dark green; lines that have not yet been sent to R are marked with light green. If at least one chunk is waiting to be executed, you will see a progress meter appear in the editor’s status bar, indicating the number of chunks remaining to be executed. You can click on this meter at any time to jump to the currently executing chunk. When a chunk is waiting to execute, the Run button in its toolbar will change to a “queued” icon. If you do not want the chunk to run, you can click on the icon to remove it from the execution queue.

In general, when you execute code in a notebook chunk, it will do exactly the same thing as it would if that same code were typed into the console. There are however a few differences:

Output: The most obvious difference is that most forms of output produced from a notebook chunk are shown in the chunk output rather than, for example, the RStudio Distributor Notebook Medan Viewer or the Plots pane. Console output (including warnings and messages) appears both at the console and in the chunk output.

Working directory: The current working directory inside a notebook chunk is always the directory containing the notebook .Rmd file. This makes it easier to use relative paths inside notebook chunks, and also matches the behavior when knitting, making it easier to write code that works identically both interactively and in a standalone render.

You’ll get a warning if you try to change the working directory inside a notebook chunk, and the directory will revert back to the notebook’s directory once the chunk is finished executing. You can suppress this warning by using the warnings = FALSE chunk option.

If it is necessary to execute notebook chunks in a Jual Notebook Medan different directory, you can change the working directory for all your chunks by using the knitr root.dir option. For instance, to execute all notebook chunks in the grandparent folder of the notebook:knitr::opts_knit$set(root.dir = Grosir Notebook Medan normalizePath(“..”))

This option is only effective when used inside the setup chunk. Also note that, as in knitr, the root.dir chunk option applies only to chunks; relative paths in Markdown are still relative to the notebook’s parent folder.

Warnings: Inside a notebook chunk, warnings are always displayed immediately rather than being held until the end, as in options(warn = 1).

Plots: Plots emitted from a chunk are rendered to match the width of the editor at the time the chunk was executed. The height of the plot is determined by the golden ratio. The plot’s display list is saved, too, and the plot is re-rendered to match the editor’s width when the editor is resized.

You can use the fig.width, fig.height, and fig.asp chunk options to manually specify the size of rendered plots in the notebook; you can also use knitr::opts_chunk$set(fig.width = …, fig.height = …) in the setup chunk to to set a default rendered size. Note, however, specifying a chunk size manually suppresses the generation of the display list, so plots with manually specified sizes will be resized using simple image scaling when the notebook editor is resized.

To execute an inline R expression in the notebook, put your cursor inside the chunk and press Ctrl + Enter (macOS: Cmd + Enter). As in the execution of ordinary chunks, the content of the expression will be sent to the R console for evaluation. The results will appear in a small pop-up window next to the code (Figure tiga.8).

In notebooks, inline R expressions can only produce text (not figures or other kinds of hasil). It is also important that inline R expressions executes quickly and do not have side-effects, as they are executed whenever you save the notebook.

Notebooks are typically self-contained. However, in some situations, it is preferable to re-use code from an R script as a notebook chunk, as in knitr’s code externalization. This can be done by using knitr::read_chunk() in your notebook’s setup chunk, along with a special ## —- chunkname annotation in the R file from which you intend to read code. Here is a minimal example with two files:

When you execute the empty chunk in the notebook example.Rmd, code from the external arsip example.R will be inserted, and the results displayed inline, as though the chunk contained that code (Figure tiga.9).

When code is executed in the notebook, its output appears beneath the code chunk that produced it. You can clear an individual chunk’s hasil by clicking the X button in the upper right corner of the hasil, or collapse it by clicking the chevron.

It is also possible to clear or collapse all of the hasil in the document at once using the Collapse All Output and Clear All Output menu items available on the gear menu in the editor toolbar (Figure 3.4).

If you want to fully reset the state of the notebook, the item Restart R and Clear Output on the Run sajian on the editor toolbar will do the job.

Als je een geavanceerde gebruiker bent of veel games speelt, kun je beter kiezen voor een PCI-geluidskaart of Soundblasterkaart met meer mogelijkheden. Er zijn tegenwoordig zelfs geluidskaarten die lima.1 Dolby Digital Surround-sound leveren. Speakers zitten vaak (onopvallend) ingebouwd in het notebook. De meeste laptops hebben een aansluiting voor externe speakers, die van betere geluidskwaliteit zijn.

Grootte harddisk In het geheugen wordt tijdelijke informatie opgeslagen, op de harde schijf (of harddisk) wordt alle data permanent opgeslagen. Alle software is de laatste jaren in grootte flink toegenomen. Denk ook aan mediabestanden zoals digitale foto’s, filmpjes en mp3’s (digitale muziekbestanden). Bij elkaar neemt het veel ruimte in beslag. Harde schijven worden steeds groter in capaciteit: in nieuwe systemen zit al snel 500 GB tot soms zelfs 2 TB. Solid State Drives (SSD’s) hebben door de kosten vaak een kleinere opslagcapaciteit, maar kunnen wel tegen een stootje en werken stukken sneller.

Merken notebooks en laptops Er is een aantal grote namen op het gebied van laptops en notebooks. HP maakt al jaren betrouwbare laptops, maar ook concurrenten als Acer en Toshiba timmeren hard aan de weg. Dell onderscheidt zich door een grote flexibiliteit in de configuratie terwijl Asus een groot brand is in design, vormgeving en prestaties. Apple heeft een eigen lijn met laptops, de Macbooks. Deze zijn in configuratie aanpasbaar en hebben een designuiterlijk.

Opslag Naast de harde schijf zijn er andere mogelijkheden voor dataopslag. Veel laptops hebben aansluitingen voor USB-sticks en externe harde schijven. Harde schijven zijn met name handig om een back-up te maken van je systeem en om grote bestanden op te slaan. Ook hebben laptops soms een speciale slot voor SD-kaarten, die ook kunnen dienen als externe opslag en vaak gebruikt worden in telefoons of camera’s.

Processor merk / type De processor of CPU (Central Processing Unit) is het brein van de laptop. De snelheid ervan wordt aangegeven in Megahertz (MHz) of Gigahertz (GHz). Hoe hoger dit cijfer, hoe sneller de processor. Er zijn twee standaarden voor de processor: Intel en AMD. Beide zijn vergelijkbaar in hun prestaties.

Resolutie Niet alleen de schermgrootte is van belang bij de laptop, net zo belangrijk is de resolutie ervan. Let bij de aanschaf van een notebook op de aanbevolen resolutie van het scherm. Kleine schermen (12 of 13 inch) hebben vaak een resolutie van 1280×800 pixels. De 15-inch schermen hebben 1280×800 of soms 1680×1050, 17-inch schermen hebben vaak een resolutie van 1440×900 of zelfs 1920×1200. Soms is het scherm tevens een touchscreen. Als dit zo is, vind je dat terug in de informatie over het model.

Touchpad De muis zit ingebouwd in het toetsenbord en wordt ook wel het touchpad of trackpad genoemd. Een standaardoptie is om een gewone desktop muis aan te sluiten op de notebook, eventueel draadloos via bluetooth. Touchscreen Soms is het scherm tevens een touchscreen. Type muis Er zijn globaal gezien vier soorten ingebouwde ‘muizen’: het touchpad, een drukpunt knopje, de trackball en de pointing stick. De muis kan in het toetsenbord zitten, tussen de toetsen, of onder de spatiebalk in de buitenrand. Daarnaast is het mogelijk om een losse ‘normale’ muis aan te sluiten op het notebook, wat soms wat makkelijker werkt.

Uitleg over basismodel Sommige leveranciers leveren een basismodel notebook waarbij je zelf de componenten samenstelt. Je kiest dan zelf welke harddisk, processor, videokaart en hoeveelheid geheugen er in het apparaat gaan. Ook kies je welke drives je wilt hebben: een cd- of dvd-drive of juist slots voor sd- en mmc-cards.

Verbindingen De kracht van een notebook zit vooral in het mobiel werken. Een internetverbinding is veelal cruciaal. Een ingebouwd modem of een ethernetkaart zijn standaardopties. Daarnaast zijn er extra connectiemogelijkheden zoals een WiFi kaart voor een draadloze verbinding of een connectie via bluetooth.

Videokaart type Een videokaart (of grafische kaart) zorgt voor het beeld op het scherm. 2D grafische kaarten zijn voldoende voor standaardsoftware en -beelden. Voor spellen heb je al snel een 3D grafische kaart nodig.

1. Motivation of the project “Combined Research and Curriculum Development:

Nontraditional Manufacturing”

Nontraditional manufacturing (NTM) processes refer to processes in which nontraditional

energy transfer mechanism and/or nontraditional media for energy transfer are

involved. The project is focused on nontraditional material removal or machining

processes. They include electrical discharge and electrochemical machining (EDM/ECM),

laser machining processes (LMP),

abrasive waterjet machining (AWJM), among others. NTM processes can machine

precision components from canggih materials. They offer the advantages

of a reduced number of machining steps and a higher product quality. NTM can

also exist within the realm of automated production. Interest in NTM has been

on rise due to increasing interests in the vastly superior properties of innovative

materials such as superalloys, composites and ceramics. NTM offers an attractive

alternative and often the only choice for the processing of these materials.

The new and potential Jasa Machining applications require enhanced process capabilities and

more precise process design and optimization capabilities. In response, substantial

research progress has been made in recent years especially in the areas of process

innovation, modeling, simulation, monitoring and control.

Progress has also been made in education of NTM processes. Education at the introductory level has been appropriate. Innovations and more orchestrated efforts, however, are needed at the upper level undergraduate and introductory graduate (ULUIG) curricula. NTM processes are diverse and of many types. They are also multi-disciplinary, involving thermal, fluids, chemical reaction, material science, Jasa Machining Medan system design and control theory. To teach research level materials at the ULUIG level, more time and effort are needed to prepare students. With more and more new research results being incorporated Jasa Machining Medan into courses with fixed credit hours, teaching efficiency and efficacy need marked improvement. To prepare a new generation of engineers who have the analytic background knowledge and process design/optimization skills by using modern tools

To establish a national model of effective and efficient learning of multi-disciplinary subjects.

Laser machining processes transport photon energy into the sasaran material in the form of thermal energy or photochemical energy, they remove material by melting and blow away, or by direct vaporization/ablation.On the other hand, traditional machining processes rely on mechanical stresses induced by tools to break the bonds of materials. This basic difference in material removal mechanism decides the advantages and disadvantages of LMP compared with traditional machining processes.

Laser machining is localized, non-contact machining and is almost reacting-force free, while traditional machining usually has direct mechanical contact and need devices to balance the machining force, work piece needs clamping. The forces in laser machining are of micro scale. The photon pressure on sasaran material is negligible for bulk material. This offers LMP flexibility in machining delicate parts where no large mechanical force can be acted on. Another big advantage is that fixtures can be greatly simplified compared with traditional machining.

LMP can remove material in very small amount, while traditional machining remove material in macro scale. LMP are said to remove material “Atom by Atom”. For this reason, the kerf in laser cutting is usually very narrow, the depth of laser drilling can be controlled to less than one micron per laser pulse and shallow permanent marks can be made with great flexibility. In this way material can be saved, which may be important for precious materials or for delicate structures in micro-fabrications. But this also means small removal rate in LMP compared with traditional machining. Laser machining is not good at bulk material removal through pure thermal effects.The ability of accurate control of material removal makes laser machining an important process in microfabrication and micro-electronics. Also laser cutting of sheet material with thickness less than 20mm can be fast, flexible and of high quality, and large holes or any complex contours can be efficiently made through trepanning.

Heat Affected Zone(HAZ) in laser machining is relatively narrow and the re-solidified layer is of micron dimensions. For this reason, the distortion in laser machining is negligible. In traditional machining, large areas of work hardening is almost unavoidable.

LMP can be applied to any material that can properly absorb the laser irradiation, while traditional machining processes have to choose suitable tools for materials with different hardness or abrasiveness. It is difficult to machine hard materials or brittle materials such as ceramics using traditional methods, laser is a good choice for solving such difficulties.

LMP can achieve final quality level machining results in one process, while in traditional machining several processes are commonly used. Laser cutting edges can be made smooth and clean, no further treatment is necessary. High aspect ratio holes with diameters impossible for other methods can be drilled using lasers. Dross adhesion and edge burr can be avoided, geometry precision can be accurately controlled. The machining quality is in constant progress with the rapid progress in laser technology. Although some traditional machining can achieve higher surface qualities than common LMP, LMP has the potential of nm scale machining. It was reported that laser was used for interactive optics finishing.

Small blind holes, grooves, surface texturing and marking can be achieved with high quality using LMP. Traditional machining may be advantageous for macro scale applications, it is usually more economical and efficient to use LMP for micro scale applications.

LMP has the potential for more flexibility. Laser light can be transmitted and reflected to the desired locations at high speeds, precise 3D positioning can be conveniently realized. The combination of fiber transmitted laser energy and robots technology can provide a system with great dimensional freedom.

La dotazione di RAM è ok con 8 GB DDR4 di cui 4 saldati sulla scheda e 4 sostituibili, Windows 10 non avrà particolari incertezze nemmeno nel tempo. Tra le note pada merito c’è il display da 15.6″ decisamente grande per lavorare senza problemi pada spazio, ha una risoluzione FullHD che nel 2022 dovrebbe essere la base minima per vedere Netflix o Youtube ad una qualità accettabile, purtroppo non è particolarmente brillante e luminoso. Il design è sobrio quanto basta, la dotazione pada porte è buona ed ha una sezione legata alla connettività decisamente curata con un Wi-Fi lima stabile e roccioso.

Dell sa come fare buone macchine equilibrate. Inspiron 15 3000 ha i compromessi giusti per una soluzione un po’ per tutti. Il processore Intel Core i3 pada undicesima generazione è una buona notizia perché ha delle prestazioni davvero molto interessanti sebbene non ci sia la nuova versione della scheda video integrata Intel Xe (c’è la Intel UHD). Altri punti pada forza sono il modulo SSD da 256 GB, la RAM da 8 GB, il display FullHD da 15,6 con cornici onestamente ottimizzate, un buon numero pada porte e una tastiera più che valida.
